Processing time; After payment is made, please allow up to 3 business days for processing all orders. Please keep in mind that we do not ship on weekends or major holidays and All rush/expedited orders can take up to 2 business days processing time.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the items purchased. Please keep in mind that international orders are more costly to ship. For more information on international shipping and handling fees, please refer to the USPS International rates.
Due to COVID-19, there could be a delay with our shipping carriers. Roseclothxo will do our best to get your items to you in a safe and efficient manner as we do not have any control on the packages while it is with our shipping carrier.
To ensure you get your package, triple-check to make sure that you have correctly entered in your address and information. That includes the spelling of street names and building/apartment numbers. We are able to change the address before the order has been processed, but not after it has left our store. Roseclothxo is not liable for any packages that are lost or incorrectly delivered as it is not under our control with the USPS shipping carrier.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number provided.
Please contact the shipping carrier in which you have received the tracking number from (USPS or UPS) for any specific shipping or tracking questions about your package.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If any Roseclothxo packages are refused upon delivery, your shipping cost will be deducted from your refund total.
Delivery Claims
Please note that Roseclothxo is not responsible for packages being lost or stolen after it has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier. Keep in mind to save the tracking number and refer to USPS Lost Mail Claim so they can further assist you in case of a scenario where a package has been lost or stolen.
